Front draftThis year we have endeavoured to assemble a collection of engaging keynote speakers who are leading the way in both Moodle as well as innovative use of ICT in the K-12 sector. I am proud to say that I think we have met this requirement in spades with this years lineup.

Our welcome will be from:

Martin Dougiamas - Martin is the Founder and Project Lead of Moodle. His work with Moodle has made a significant impact on the implementation of constructivist models of teaching and learning online. Come hear the latest on where Moodle is going in the future and how best you can apply it in your own institutions.

Leading off our keynotes is:

Joyce Seitzinger- Joyce @catspyjamasnz is currently working as a Lecturer in Blended Learning at Deakin University. She is an education technologist working in higher education, passionate about improving learning experiences through emerging technologies and innovative teaching strategies. Joyce is known in the education technology community for developing the Moodle Tool Guide for Teachers.

Steve Collis - Steve is the Director of Innovation at Northern Beaches Christian School in  Sydney. Starting off as an English and French teacher, he currently now works within the Sydney Centre for Innovation in Learning (SCIL) which promotes grassroots innovation within the school. Steve is renowned for challenging the norms and promoting new methodologies focused on student centered learning practices.

Richard Jones - Richard Jones (@richardnz) has ten years experience in promoting the
use of Moodle in a school environment.  Until recently he was Director of eLearning at The Southport School in Queensland where he introduced eLearning as a vehicle for pedagogical change. This included the roles of Moodle & Mahara Administrator, staff training and strategic planning for several projects including the transition to BYOD.

With Special International guest-
